The item was packed in bubble wrap inside a thin plastic bag. The end of the pole was sticking out of the package when it arrived. The pole was not damaged or missing any parts. The item arrived to East Coast USA in 16 business days or 22 total days from date of purchase. Other items ordered the same day from different suppliers arrived 5 days earlier.( I don’t think this is the sellers fault,) it seems the package was delayed in Chicago for several days for some reason. The quality of the item is very good. The only problem I have is that the instruction card is written in Russian and I will be selling these in the USA.
The seller had quick communications and fast processing time. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the seller. I will be buying more for my online store if the seller can ship in more sturdy package and supply English instructions. .
